Paxton & Smith, was founded in 1977 primarily to handle insurance related litigation for major insurance companies. Today, while still providing the cost-effective approach demanded by insurance companies, we handle all aspects of general civil litigation as well as related contractual matters for institutional clients, corporations and individuals.
